These Terms are the agreement between you and CG APPS Ltd when you use CreatorGift. Read them in full before creating an account or sending a gift. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. About these Terms

CreatorGift is operated by CG APPS Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17266903). Where we say “we,” “us,” or “the platform” we mean CG APPS Ltd. Where we say “you” we mean the person reading and using CreatorGift, whether as a creator or as a supporter sending a gift.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Notice, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Refunds Policy. Together they govern your use of the platform.

2. Who can use CreatorGift

CreatorGift is for adults only. Both creators and supporters must be at least 18 years old. Every creator must confirm their age as part of signup. Every supporter must confirm the same before sending a gift. If you are under 18, you may not use any part of the platform.

Accounts must be opened and used by a real individual, not a bot, a shared identity, or an account standing in for someone underage.

3. What CreatorGift is, and what it is not

CreatorGift is a link-in-bio profile that lets independent creators publish their public links and accept voluntary gifts from their supporters. A gift is a one-off, voluntary cash transfer. The supporter receives nothing in return. No goods, no services, no digital content, no access, no membership, no unlock of anything.

CreatorGift is not a content platform. We do not host, sell, or deliver creator content. The only image stored per creator is a single profile photo used as identity, the same way every social product stores a profile photo. It is bounded structurally and is not a content surface.

4. Creator accounts

Creators choose a handle and a payout currency at signup, and confirm they are 18 or older. The handle and currency are locked once the first gift arrives. Creators are independent of CG APPS Ltd. We do not employ creators, do not direct what they post, and we are not party to any relationship between a creator and their supporters.

Creators are responsible for their own tax and any reporting obligations on the gifts they receive. We do not provide tax advice.

5. Sending gifts

Supporters do not need an account to send a gift. A supporter picks an amount, optionally adds an alias and a message, and confirms the gift acknowledgement before paying. The acknowledgement says clearly that the payment is a voluntary gift and that the supporter is not buying anything and will not receive anything in return. Submitting the gift means that statement is true.

A processing fee is added on top of the gift amount and is shown before payment. Refunds are limited and are explained in the Refunds Policy.

6. Profile photos and links

Creators may upload one profile photo and add public links. The profile photo must be non-explicit. Links must point to lawful destinations and any adult destination must be tagged so supporters see the 18+ badge before they click through.

The Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and is not allowed on the platform. We can remove a profile photo, a link, or an entire account that breaches it.

7. Account termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. We can suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. Where we can give notice, we will. Where the breach is serious or ongoing we may act immediately.

On termination, the public profile comes down and the account can no longer receive gifts. We keep the records the law and our payment providers require us to keep, for as long as the law requires.

8. Limitation of liability

CreatorGift is provided on an as-is basis. We do our best to keep the platform online and the money flow accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees CG APPS Ltd actually earned from your activity in that period.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform and the law evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page tells you when the current version took effect. If we make a material change we will surface it in the product before it applies to you.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
