What is a gift on CreatorGift?
A gift is a voluntary, one-off payment to a creator you want to support. You are not buying a product, a service, or content, and you receive nothing in return. It is simply a gift. There are no subscriptions and no recurring payments; each gift is a single, separate choice.
What fee is there?
A processing fee is added on top of your gift to cover the cost of taking the payment. The full amount, your gift plus the fee, is shown at checkout before you confirm, so you always see the total before anything is paid. If you are a creator, a 5% service fee is deducted from your balance when you withdraw.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Your card details are entered directly into our payment provider's secure fields and are never seen by, or stored on, CreatorGift's servers. We only ever receive confirmation that the payment succeeded.
Will it show on my statement?
Gifts appear on your card statement as “CG APPS”, not as CreatorGift. If you are looking back through your statements, that is the line to check for.
Can I get a refund?
Because a gift is voluntary and nothing is given in return, gifts are generally non-refundable. If your card was used without your permission, or something went wrong with a payment, contact support straight away and we will help. Our Refund & Gift Policy sets out exactly when we can step in.
How do I receive gifts as a creator?
Create your CreatorGift profile, complete verification, and share your CreatorGift link in your bio, in your posts, anywhere your fans find you. When someone sends a gift it lands in your balance, ready to withdraw.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Yes. Identity and age verification (18+) is required before you can be paid out. It is a one-time check that keeps the platform safe and lawful for everyone.
When do I get paid?
Once a gift has cleared, your available balance can be withdrawn through our payout provider. A 5% service fee is deducted at payout, and the rest is yours.
What content is allowed?
CreatorGift is for verified creators aged 18 or over. It is a link-in-bio and gifting platform, not a content platform: no sexually explicit or illegal content is permitted, and the single profile photo must be non-explicit. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out the full rules.
